HOW TO ENTER:
Visit The T-REX: Back To The Cretaceous web site located at "http://www.imax.com/t-rex" between January 1, 1999 at 12:01pm P.S.T., and June 30, 1999 at 11:59pm P.S.T. and complete the form located on the Contest page ("http://www.imax.com/t-rex/contest.html"). Only one entry per e-mail address. Names, address and e-mail addresses of winners will be matched with the name, address and e-mail address information provided at time of registration. To be eligible to win, users must submit at minimum their name, address, and e-mail address.

DRAWING NOTIFICATION:
Every 500th guest to correctly complete the quiz and fill in the contact information will win the prize, to a maximum of 30 winners. Winners will be contacted by mail or e-mail on or about September, 1999, and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release within 21 days of notification or prize will be forfeited. Except where prohibited, by accepting prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become property of Imax Corporation and none will be returned. Allow 8-12 weeks for delivery of prizes. All prizes will be awarded. No cash or other substitution for prizes except at the option of sponsor, for a prize of equal or greater value. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to parent or legal guardians who must sign any and all affidavits and releases that may be required by sponsor.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is only open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who have Internet access as of January 1, 1999, except employees of Imax Corporation and its respective affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate families of such employees. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.

PRIZE:
Up to 30 winners will be chosen. The prizes are "Discovering Dinosaurs" CD-ROMs from Encyclopaedia Britannica; featuring exciting, realistic dinosaur footage from "T-REX: Back to the Cretaceous." Approximate Retail Value of each Prize: $30.00.

OTHER:
Imax Corporations' decisions in all respects relative to the Contest are final. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Contest is offered by Imax Corporation, 2525 Speakman Drive, Mississauga, Ontario, L5K 1B1 ("Imax") which is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, or misdirected e-mail, or for phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware or software program malfunctions, failures or difficulties. By participating and winning a prize, winner releases Imax, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to any prize. Imax reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud or technical failure destroy the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Imax in its sole discretion.
